For this excercise, I explorered the print campaign Nintendo launched for the Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask for 3DS and redirected the target audience from Game Informer magazine to Gothic Beauty magazine. The standard audience for Game Informer is primarialy males ages 10-18, most with a pre-existing knowledge of electronics and gaming. Gothic Beauty is an alternative fashion magazine, mostly viewed by females aged 17-30. The majority of my focus lied in making a series of ads that would speak to the artistic side of the fashion industry while accomplishing Nintendo's goal of drawing in old and new gamers. I do not own the Zelda franchise (I wish).
